Hydrogen Electrolysis

This project was originally designed for hydrogen production, electrolysis. Apply an electrical charge to water, the molecules will break apart, hydrogen and oxygen. Was also used as a pwm motor speed controller. On board amp meter, pwm output, and full reverse polarity and overload protection.
